A legal disclaimer

PRIVATE ASTROLOGY AND COACHING AGREEMENT
(State of Texas, United States)
Effective Date: [April 1, 2026]

1. NATURE OF THE ENGAGEMENT
This work is offered as a high-touch, bespoke experience designed to support clarity, expanded awareness, and aligned decision-making.
Services may include:
- Astrology consultations (natal chart interpretation, annual prognosis, deep-dive into 1-2 specific
areas outlined by client prior to the consultation)
- Professional coaching aligned with standards of Internal Coaching Internation (collectively, the “Engagement”).
Sessions are conducted via [Zoom or in person in Houston, Texas].


This Engagement is best suited for individuals who are: 

  • ready to take full ownership of their decisions

  • open to reflection and perspective shifts

  • willing to engage with honesty and responsibility

2. APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY
Coaching is a strategic, forward-focused partnership designed to:

  • expand awareness

  • challenge assumptions

  • support intentional action

Astrology is used as a reflective and interpretive framework to deepen insight and timing awareness.
You remain the ultimate authority over your life, choices, and direction.

3. DISCLAIMER
Astrology is not a science and is interpretive in nature. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

This Engagement does not replace:

  • medical care

  • psychotherapy or mental health services

  • legal or financial advice

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • outcomes

  • accuracy of interpretations

  • achievement of specific results

You are fully responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By entering this Engagement, you acknowledge that:

  • you are at least 18 years old

  • you provide accurate and complete information

  • you are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being

  • you choose how to interpret and apply insights

This work is most effective when approached with:

  • openness

  • self-honesty

  • commitment

​

5. INVESTMENT AND PAYMENT
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • All sessions must be paid in full in advance

  • Payment methods: [Stripe/ PayPal / Zelle / Western Union/ MoneyGram]

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time

All payments are final and non-refundable, reflecting the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved.

6. SCHEDULING AND BOUNDARIES

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable

Consistency and respect for scheduled time support the quality of this work.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY
This Engagement is conducted within a confidential, professionally held space. All information shared will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. As a practitioner, I adhere to the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including strict confidentiality and respect for client autonomy.


Please note:

  • Coaching is not covered by HIPAA

  • Digital communication cannot be guaranteed fully secure

Sessions may be recorded only with your explicit consent.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided (including recordings, written insights, and frameworks) remain the intellectual
property of the practitioner. They are intended for your personal use only and may not be:

  • reproduced

  • distributed

  • shared publicly

  • resold without prior written consent.

9. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
This Engagement is a professional relationship. It is not:

  • therapy

  • friendship

  • advisory in regulated domains

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue the Engagement if:

  • alignment is no longer present

  • boundaries are not respected

​

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, I am not liable for:

  • decisions or actions you take

  • outcomes resulting from the Engagement

  • direct or indirect damages of any kind

You engage in this work at your own discretion and responsibility.

11. NO GUARANTEES
This work supports:

  • awareness

  • clarity

  • perspective

It does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

​

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

​

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document reflects the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications.

14. ACCEPTANCE
By booking and/or completing payment, you acknowledge that you:

  • have read and understood this Agreement

  • enter into it voluntarily

  • agree to its terms in full

  • ​
