Ouch, I've been feeling under the weather for a few days straight because of the conditions outside, which completely threw off my workout routine. And that, like, is a very big deal.

Yesterday morning, I successfully got myself together for a Hatha yoga session to work on my handstands. The ice was broken, and things finally started rolling. Between two coaching sessions, I cleaned the entire (!) house all by myself (!).
Today, full of energy since morning, I went to an Ashtanga yoga session and happily worked myself to absolute exhaustion just like I needed to. Now everything is definitely tutto sotto controllo [everything under control].
Well, and I can't go without a little self-promotion :) People often come to my coaching and astrology sessions with requests like:
How do I force myself to exercise?
How do I stop eating/limit sweets, or stop drinking?
How do I motivate myself and not lose steam?
Often, these requests carry a recurring theme of "I have to" and "it's the right thing to do." In other words, people really want to arrive at a success formula that looks like this: HAVE TO / RIGHT WAY -> I DO IT
And you can analyze this formula for a long time, especially if the money has already been paid. But if you want the answer in one word and for free: "You don't."
In coaching, there is a pretty good approach of gradually replacing words from the "have to" category with "I choose," which sounds much more pleasant to the subconscious mind.
In astrology, the mechanism of action works like this: I WANT -> I KNOW WHY -> I DO IT -> I DO IT FOR A LONG TIME -> DISCIPLINE (like brushing your teeth).
If this chain is broken—and it mostly breaks at the "understanding WHY" stage—then no matter how hard you push your "I DO IT" with well-argued "HAVE TOs," this structure will not work in the long run.
The good news is that you can arrive at understanding WHY in different ways. For example, you could be born during a full moon, a new moon, or an eclipse, or have a strong Jupiter or Uranus—the basic baseline skills for strong self-reflection.
Or, you can just come to me. I combine a strong natural foundation with years of personal discipline and professional experience. I will help you find an approach that works without that annoying word "have to."
